Privacy policy

Overview

Kugelblitz collects no personal information. It has no accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no network access of any kind. This is not a policy choice layered on afterwards — the app has no code that talks to a server.

Data Collection

Kugelblitz:

• Does NOT collect any personal information
• Does NOT track your location
• Does NOT access your contacts, photos, camera or microphone
• Does NOT use analytics, advertising or tracking tools
• Does NOT contain advertisements
• Does NOT contain in-app purchases
• Does NOT require an account or login
• Does NOT communicate with external servers

Local Data Storage

The game stores the following locally on your device only, using the system's standard preferences storage:

• Your best score
• The number of black holes you have formed
• Which celestial bodies you have created at least once, for the progression ladder
• Your sound and haptics preferences

That is the complete list. This data:

• Never leaves your device
• Is not transmitted to any server, including ours
• Is not shared with third parties
• Is not readable by us — we have no way to see it
• Is deleted when you delete the app

Required Reason API Disclosure

Apple requires apps to declare certain system APIs and the reason they are used. Kugelblitz declares exactly one: access to the app's own preferences storage, for the four items listed above. This is filed with Apple in the app's privacy manifest.

Third-Party Services

Kugelblitz uses no third-party services, SDKs or analytics tools. There is no advertising network, no crash reporter and no attribution service — nothing in the app reports anything to anyone.

Children's Privacy

This game is suitable for all ages. No personal information is collected from anyone, including children under 13.

Your Rights

You have complete control over your data:

• Everything is stored locally on your device
• Delete the app to remove all of it
• No account or login exists, so there is nothing to close and nothing for us to hold
• There is no data for us to export, correct or delete on your behalf, because we never receive any

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy if the game changes. If a future version of Kugelblitz ever adds a feature that involves a network — leaderboards, for example — this page will be updated to describe it before that version is released, and the date above will change.
